Rules & Regulations

Both Rules & Regulations and Release of Liability documents need to be signed by all parties upon arrival.

All reservations are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS. This Astronomical Event will happen regardless of personal reasons or weather conditions. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
For guests on our property for the 2024 Solar Eclipse Event, it is required that The Liability Release Form must be signed by each person attending for this event. Parents/Guardians must sign a waiver for minor children. All waivers must be signed in person upon arrival to the property.
Parents/Guardians must supervise and are responsible for the supervision and safety of all of the children in their group at all times.
The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years of age.
Parking available at each campsite with the exception of a few without vehicle access, additional parking available for those sites.
One vehicle and up to 8 people per campsite.
All sites are first come first serve except for RV’s and Campers, please call to reserve those sites.
All sites are Primitive. Primitive means no water, sewer, electricity at the camp sites.
Guests may arrive as early as Friday April 5th at 8am and depart no later than Wednesday April 10th by 5pm. Early arrival is available for Thursday April 4th for an additional fee of $30.00
Campfires are permitted, unless there is a burn ban, each site will be equipped with a firepit. Firewood is available for sale. No outside firewood allowed. Only purchased firewood is allowed in the firepits. Please do not cut or use any random wood on our property. Please extinguish your fire each night.
No ATV’s are allowed to be used on the property. You may bring them to use at Hot Springs Off-Road Park.
All vehicles must remain parked, except when entering or exiting the property.
Pets will not be allowed in the campground. Service animals welcome.
Please refrain from walking through occupied campsites.
Any guest that damages or destroys campground property will be held liable for repair or replacement.
For everyone’s safety we ask that you do not bring any glass containers.
Trash receptacles will be located throughout the property, please use them to dispose of all trash.
Complimentary trash pickup at 9am each morning of your stay. Please place closed trash bags at the front of your site for pickup.
Please do not leave any trash out overnight, no one wants any unwelcome visitors.
Quiet time is 10pm-6am. Generators must be turned off by 10pm.
Absolutely NO ONE IS ALLOWED to display or discharge a firearm or any other weapon.
Absolutely NO verbal or physical altercations will be tolerated.
Any guest that violates any rules will be asked to leave without refund.
